I’m interested in selling food, services or handicrafts. How can I become a vendor?
- If you are a Food or Marketplace Vendor, send an email to [email protected]
- Anyone selling food must be approved by the Durham Region Health Department – contact (905) 666-6241 or 1-800-841-2729.
- Municipal bylaws require all mobile vehicles, trailers or carts to have a Refreshment Vehicle License – contact the Municipal Clerk at (905) 623-3379 ext. 2150.
- Every Vendor requires liability insurance with the Rotary Club of Bowmanville and the Municipality of Clarington as additional insured.

Thank you for all that you do and creating this incredible event. I have so many yyyyyeeeeaaarrrsssss upon years of amazing memories with my children since they were little (now 28&22) at our Ribfest! Countless times celebrating my sons bday there it has always fallen on his bday weekend and now he continues to go with his friends EVERY year for his bday still as an adult and I go with hubby and our friends… Truly blessed and grateful for all the memories ❤️🥰❤️
