Great job crew! Hopefully to can catch some well deserved R&R!
With Friday and Saturday beautiful days, and despite the rain today, the turnout was truly remarkable. Volunteering at the entrance table over the past two days, I had the privilege of witnessing firsthand the incredible spirit of our community, with people arriving continuously to lend their support. It was a tremendous event with a tremendous outcome, raising important funds for local initiatives. Moments like these show what we can achieve when we come together — neighbours helping neighbours and building an even stronger Bowmanville.
What an incredible group of dedicated Bowmanville Rotarians ( I know some are missing from this pic)! Thank you for all of your hard work, countless hours, and commitment to bringing Bowmanville Ribfest back to our community. Your efforts in organizing every detail helped create a fantastic weekend filled with great food, entertainment, and community spirit. We are grateful for everything you do to make events like this possible and for the positive impact you continue to have on our community. 👏❤️

🍖🎶 It’s the LAST DAY of Bowmanville Ribfest! 🎶🍖 Despite some rain, we would love the support.
Come on down to the Garnet B. Rickard Recreation Complex today from 12 PM – 8 PM and help support the efforts of Bowmanville Ribfest that gives proceeds raised back to our community through the amazing work of Rotary volunteers and event sponsors.
🎟 Admission:
• $2 per person
• $5 per family
( debit available for alcoholic drinks but CASH only for admission and non alcoholic drinks)
🥫 Don’t forget to bring a non-perishable food item to help support local food banks and families in need.
🌧 Don’t let the rain keep you away! We have large covered tents where you can stay dry while enjoying:

✅ Delicious sweet treats
✅ FREE live entertainment
✅ Local vendors and community organizations

All the rides are down due to the weather. If you’re coming for the food great, but don’t buy tickets for the rides.
Admission fees are not cool. Will not be returning.
