🚨RIBFEST ADULT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
We’ve had a great response from student volunteers but still require some additional adult volunteers for the following:
- parking attendant
- main entrance
- BAR- MUST have Smart Serve
- pop and water sales
- cleaning tables and garbage detail - more of a supervisory role - oversee students
Come be a part of something great, have fun, give back to the community and enjoy the excitement of Ribfest!

🚌 ROUTE #1 – DIRECT SHUTTLE
📍 Park for FREE at Watson Farms in Bowmanville
➡️ Hop aboard our FREE Direct Shuttle Bus
➡️ Travel directly to Ribfest at the Garnet B. Rickard Recreation Complex
Perfect for those looking for a quick and easy ride to the event!
🚌 ROUTE #2 – COMMUNITY SHUTTLE ROUTE
Our Large Shuttle Bus will make stops throughout Bowmanville before arriving at Ribfest.
Stops include:
📍 Clarington Blvd (Cineplex Cinema)
📍 Green Rd / Aspen Springs
📍 West Side Park
📍 Waverley Strip Mall
📍 King St W & Division St
📍 Bowmanville Mall
📍 Mearns Ave

⏰ IMPORTANT TIMES
🕘 Last pickups from community stops will take place between 9:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m.
🚪 Entry closes for entry to Ribfest at 10:00 p.m.
🚌 Last shuttle buses leave the Garnet B. Rickard Recreation Complex at 11:00 p.m.
⚠️ PLEASE NOTE
🐾 No pets permitted on the shuttle bus or at the event.
(Service animals are permitted.)
🚫 No alcohol permitted on the shuttle bus or outside alcohol allowed at the event.
♿ This is a school bus shuttle service and is not accessible. Riders must be able to safely step on and off the bus independently.
🅿️ Accessible parking will be available onsite for those who require assistance and have a valid permit.

The last band finishes at 11PM… please consider extending the last shuttle to 11:30 so folks can stay for the full show and not have to leave early or run to catch the last shuttle, which conflicts with the last band. Thank you.

To mitigate confusion - you may want to edit the first stop of bowmanville blvd. I think you meant clarington blvd.

Love the shuttle idea, but it seems like the old core of town, northglen and lake breeze are totally left out, and I'm pretty sure weekend drt service is little to no help, was a longer route to cover more areas of the town evaluated ? With Oshawa not having an event this year it won't surprise me if more people from West of here decide to come and fill up Watson's.
No parking on-site and the shuttles are not accessible? My excitement just turned to disappointment.
